In-Warehouse Packing and Everything You Need to Know

In the logistics supply chain, warehousing packing and cargo handling always require high levels of care, speed, and professionalism. To help businesses comprehensively solve this problem, NASA Logistics offers a full-package warehouse packing service, providing adequate manpower and modern equipment at the most optimal cost.

Our services are flexibly designed to meet all import and export needs, ranging from loose cargo, palletized goods, to heavy containerized shipments.

1. Professional Handling Labor & Supervisory Team

Human resources are the core factor determining the speed and safety of cargo. When using our services, customers are provided with a high-quality workforce:

  • Packing and handling labor: A physically strong workforce, well-trained in lifting techniques, lashing, and scientific cargo arrangement. This ensures maximum utilization of storage space while preventing impact and damage.

  • On-site Supervisory Team: Every shift has direct, 24/7 supervision. Supervisors are responsible for coordinating tasks, tallying quantities, and taking photos/videos to report the cargo’s condition before and after packing, ensuring absolute precision in the process.

  • Transparent costs: Labor and supervision costs are flexibly quoted per shift, per ton, or by actual cargo volume (CBM), making it easy for businesses to plan their budgets.

2. Equipment Support System: Forklifts & Mobile Yard Ramps (Dock Levelers)

To handle oversized and overweight packages or to improve container loading efficiency, the application of machinery is mandatory. We offer accompanying equipment rental services right at the warehouse:

  • Multi-tonnage forklift rental: Ranging from hand pallet trucks to engine/electric forklifts with capacities of 1.5 tons, 2.5 tons, 3 tons, and 5 tons. Forklifts are regularly maintained and always ready to operate at peak performance.

  • Mobile Yard Ramps: For warehouses without standard loading docks, we provide mobile steel ramps. These ramps allow forklifts to drive directly from the ground deep into the container, cutting loading/unloading time by 50% compared to manual methods while minimizing the risk of workplace accidents.

  • Investment cost savings: Instead of spending hundreds of millions of VND on purchasing and maintaining equipment, you only pay for the machinery rental integrated into the packing service package at a highly competitive rate.
